Our Mission
Common Ground works to strengthen community, nonprofit, faith-based, and governmental groups with unhealthy levels of conflict by providing:
- mediation,
- group facilitation,
- training, and
- organizational consultation services.
Common Ground services are designed to help groups deal effectively with unhealthy conflicts and use that energy to move forward toward fulfilling their purposes.
The Common Ground Team is committed to promoting openness, respect, understanding, and connection among those with whom they work.
Common Ground measures its success by the extent to which its services help religious, nonprofit, community, and governmental organizations grow through conflict and achieve their objectives.
